Session Rates

Individual sessions are $145 each, or you can purchase a package of 8 for a reduced rate of $130 per session.

 

Stanford Faculty Housing residents receive preferred pricing—$135 for single sessions or $120 per session with an 8-session package.
 

We do ask that package sessions be used at an average pace of about once per week, with flexibility for illness, travel, or other planned breaks.

In partnership with our parent company,  Cameron Clark Fitness, this is an application-only program designed for high performers who’ve built careers, companies, or teams,   often at the expense of their own health.

Phase 1: Strategic Assessment
A full diagnostic of your movement, lifestyle, and schedule to identify energy drains and hidden roadblocks.
 

Phase 2: Custom Rebuild
Efficient, self-paced workouts, nutrition that fits your real-world demands, and recovery systems tailored to your professional life.
 

Phase 3: Ongoing Tuning
Weekly check-ins, real-time adjustments, and direct access to Cameron—so your program evolves as quickly as your schedule does.

 

Executive Starter Package  - $1,500 (8 Weeks)
Designed to help you reset, rebuild, and create lasting momentum. Includes:
• Comprehensive diagnostic and fully custom program design
• Nutrition guidance tailored to your schedule and goals
• Habit and task management systems
• Weekly coaching calls with Cameron
• Unlimited direct access for support and real-time adjustments
 

Ongoing Performance Partnership - $500/month
(4-Month Minimum)

For those ready to sustain progress and keep evolving. Includes:
• Continuous program refinement as your life and goals change
• Quarterly progress reviews and priority access
• Long-term strategy for health, energy, and peak performance

Accountability & Check-Ins

Sometimes you don’t need someone standing next to you in the gym - you just need someone making sure you show up for yourself. With this program, we check in with you every weekday (Monday–Friday) to keep you consistent, focused, and moving the needle forward. It’s the perfect mix of independence and accountability to keep your momentum strong.

Accountability Program  - $125/month
Includes weekday check-ins and goal setting to help you stay consistent and focused.
 

A 3-month minimum is required for this service.

Note: This option doesn’t include workout programming or nutrition guidance—it’s ideal for those who already know what to do, but want that extra layer of accountability to make it happen.
